This portal is for political subdivisions submitting rates to TDI under Insurance Code Section 38.006 . Texas law allows political subdivisions that set, control, or regulate rates for emergency medical services to submit and annually update those rates for purposes of Senate Bill 916, 89th Legislature, 2025 (and previously Senate Bill 2476, 88th Legislature, 2023). Only those authorized to submit a rate under the Insurance Code should use this portal.
